Titusville Development Corporation
National Bank of Commerce (NBC) has formed several successful partnerships with non-profit, community-based organizations and neighborhood associations in the City of Birmingham. There is no greater example than NBC’s long-time relationship with Titusville Development Corporation (TDC). TDC, a 501 3(c) community development corporation, is located in Titusville, one of the oldest, most well-established communities in Birmingham. Working together on projects over the years, NBC and TDC have seen constructive results for the residents in the community. NBC has financed several projects for TDC including the financing of an old grocery store which TDC converted into a training facility for at risk youth. every project started and completed enhances the quality of life
for all of the residents in the community.” Titusville
Development Corporation is pleased to acknowledge and give outstanding
recognition to the National Bank of Commerce for its support of
Titusville neighborhood revitalization projects”, says Roger
White, President of TDC. “Loans were extended and a line of
credit was provided that allowed TDC to acquire and renovate a commercial
building and rental properties in the Titusville neighborhood. TDC
